Winter/Spring Program
2027 Winter/Spring Swim Semester – OPEN REGISTRATION BEGINS 11/2
January 4th Week – May 24th Week | 20-Week Semester
Our 2027 Winter/Spring Swim Semester is one continuous 20-week swim semester. Your child will attend a private swim lesson on the same day and at the same time each week for the duration of the semester.
All lessons are PRIVATE and one-on-one with an instructor. Your child’s instructor is assigned to them for the full term, providing consistency and allowing your swimmer and instructor to build skills and confidence together throughout the semester.
Learning to Swim Takes Time
Swimming is not learned in just a few lessons.
Learning to swim is a process that takes time, consistency, practice, and patience. Children need regular time in the water to develop confidence, water-safety awareness, coordination, and the large and fine motor skills necessary to become successful swimmers.
Consistent weekly lessons allow skills to develop and build upon one another. Every child progresses at their own pace, and regular instruction gives your child the opportunity to become a more confident, capable, and safer swimmer.
This is why our program is structured as a semester rather than a series of individual lessons. Consistency is an important part of the learn-to-swim process.
Winter/Spring Swim Lesson Days & Hours
Private swim lessons are offered during the following hours:
Monday: 12:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:20 PM
Lesson times within these hours are subject to availability. When registering, please be as flexible as possible and provide multiple days and time ranges that work for your family.
Warm, Enclosed Swimming All Winter
Winter weather doesn’t mean swimming has to stop!
During January through March, our pool is fully enclosed and winterized, providing a warm and comfortable indoor swimming environment throughout the colder winter months.
Our winterized pool features:
- 92-degree water temperature
- Warm indoor air
- A fully enclosed and winterized pool environment
- Comfortable, consistent conditions for swim instruction throughout the winter
Continuing lessons during the winter allows children to maintain the skills they have already developed while continuing to build confidence, strength, coordination, and water-safety skills.
Taking several months away from the water can interrupt progress, particularly for younger and developing swimmers. Our enclosed and winterized pool allows your child to keep swimming, learning, and progressing all winter long in a warm and comfortable environment.
The pool is enclosed and winterized January through March.
Private Lesson Options
20-Minute Private Lessons
Our standard lessons are 20-minute, one-on-one private swim lessons.
40-Minute Private Lessons
40-minute private lessons are available only for swimmers who are:
At least 5 years old AND able to swim the length of the pool independently.
Families are welcome to enroll in multiple lesson days per week, schedule permitting. Each scheduled lesson day and time requires a commitment for the remainder of the semester.
Your Full-Semester Commitment
When you enroll, you are committing to the full 2027 Winter/Spring Swim Semester.
Your child’s weekly day and time are reserved specifically for them, and an instructor is assigned to your child for the full term. This consistency is an important part of your child’s progress and allows our instructors to plan appropriately for each swimmer.
Because we reserve both your child’s lesson time and instructor for the entire semester, early drops or cancellations will not be accepted.
If you enroll your child for multiple lessons per week, the semester commitment applies to each scheduled lesson day and time.
Please review your family’s schedule carefully before enrolling and be certain that you can commit to the full semester.
Mid-Semester Enrollment
Missed the beginning of the semester? Mid-semester enrollment may be available if our schedule allows.
If a lesson space becomes available, tuition will be prorated according to your child’s start date and the remaining weeks of the semester.
Once your child begins, you are committing to the entire remainder of the semester from their start date through the end of the term.
Your child’s weekly lesson time and instructor will be reserved specifically for them for the remainder of the semester.
Early drops or cancellations will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Please be certain that you can commit to the remainder of the semester before accepting a mid-semester lesson space.
No-Lesson Dates
Please note that there will be NO regularly scheduled lessons on:
- Monday, January 18, 2027 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Monday, February 15, 2027 — Presidents’ Day
- April 5–8, 2027 — Spring Break
Please take these scheduled closures into consideration when reviewing the semester calendar.
Open Registration — November 2
Open registration for the 2027 Winter/Spring Swim Semester begins November 2.
A registration link will become LIVE on this tab when registration opens.
To enroll, you must complete the registration form in its entirety.
Please take your time when completing the form and make sure all information is complete and accurate before submitting.
Incomplete registration forms and/or invalid credit card information will result in your child NOT being scheduled.
Spaces Are Limited & Fill Quickly
Our private swim lesson spaces are limited and book quickly.
To give us the best opportunity to schedule your child:
- Provide complete and accurate information on your registration form.
- Double-check your contact and payment information before submitting.
- Be as flexible as possible with your preferred days and times.
- Provide multiple days and time ranges that work for your family whenever possible.
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a specific day, time, or instructor. Scheduling is based on availability.
The more flexibility you provide, the better opportunity we have to find a lesson time that works for your swimmer.
Before You Enroll
Please remember that enrollment is a semester commitment—not a lesson-by-lesson enrollment.
Learning to swim takes time. Children develop confidence, coordination, motor skills, swimming technique, and water-safety awareness through consistent instruction and regular time in the water.
Your child’s lesson time and instructor are reserved specifically for them for the term.
By enrolling, you are committing to your scheduled lessons for the full 20-week semester—or, for mid-semester enrollment, the full remainder of the semester from your child’s start date.
Early drops will not be accepted. No exceptions.
We look forward to helping your child develop the confidence, swimming skills, and water-safety foundation needed to become a strong, capable, and safer swimmer!
